Riet Desmet, co-lead of the BovINE WP6- Environmental Sustainability, presented at the European Federation of Animal Science (EAAP) conference, which aims to promote the advancement of scientific research, sustainable development and production systems. The 72^nd congress was held in Davos, from the 29^th – 3^rd of September 2021. The main theme was “Scientific solutions to different demands on the livestock sector”.

Riet presented an overview of the BovINE project in session 29 “So you think your science is so great”, on Tuesday 31st August. The conference provided an invaluable opportunity to share the details about the project and its work.
