BovINE partners to meet in Bonn for first time since project launch

BovINE Project General Assembly

BovINE project partners will meet next week in Bonn for the 3rd General Assembly. This will be the first time since the kick-off meeting held in Dublin in 2020 that partners will be meeting in person.

The first day of the three-day meeting, which will be attended by project partners only, will open with a presentation from BRS Livestock chair, Dr Manfred Leberecht, ‘German beef industry – sustainability challenges and opportunities’, followed by a series of interactive workshops. These sessions have been developed to make the most of the expertise and experience of the consortium.

Specially invited actors from each BovINE project country will join the consortium on the second day of the meeting. The second day comprises presentations from partners highlighting Good Practices and Research Innovations, followed by a series of interactive workshops.

All partners and their invited actors will visit two German beef farms in the local region on the final day of the meeting.
