BovINE partners gather in Pamplona to share innovative solutions to help drive sustainability on beef farms across Europe

On 9 November 2022, BovINE partners gathered from across 9 European countries, in Pamplona, Spain to attend the project’s final two-day General Assembly meeting.

Hosted by Spanish BovINE partner INTIA, the two-day meeting saw over 50 experts including advisors, farmers and researchers from the beef cattle sector from 9 European countries, share experiences, initiatives and good practices to help address the priority needs to drive sustainability of the beef cattle sector.

Following a day of presentations and discussions, BovINE partners had the unique opportunity to visit a family run beef cattle farm and production plant. BovINE partner, INTIA, organised the day of visits to give those in attendance an insight into cattle farming and highlight examples of good practice in the Navarra region of Spain.
